As per now (08/10/2016) Pokémon Go apk download is not available on the Microsoft store. But the company hints that it will release Pokémon GO Windows Phone in the next coming weeks.

I will update on this same guide whenever Pokemon go download is available.

I will suggest you not to purchase or download the app from the unknown source as it may cause you loss. They can hack you or just infect your phone.
