My windows 10 seems to be different than yours. When pressing windows key x I dont see Control Pane and Sync Center.

Hi Acer Aspire all in one,Having problem with HDMI OUT from PC to TV,Pc does not recognize second device,HDMI cable tested on Laptop -no problem,now i have noticed other problem with HDMI when plug in to Acer screen goes black on OUT hdmi.John,using windows 10

Zebra Windows devices do not work with Windows 10. Windows will not list the device in partnerships or recognize it is plugged into the computer.

Didn’t work for me. Went to the sync center and it said I had to update my device. Windows Update was no help so I went to Device Manager found my device under Unknown device and it couldn’t locate an update for the driver. I have Windows 10 v.1809
